The challenge.
The rollout of the global Oracle ERP Financials solution into America (New York) after initial deployment in the UK has not been successful.
- Although the system is live, there are many open critical issues creating integrity, reporting and useability issues.
- The end-user community is stressed. Instead of saving time by standardising and automating processes, the new system has significantly increased workload and slowed operations.
- Senior management wishes to continue the ERP rollout into APAC (Tokyo) as soon as possible to address critical business issues.
